New green process of methyl isocyanate (MIC) and Carbamate series
The birthplace of domestic MIC technology has reached the international advanced level. It can produce more than ten kinds of Carbamate pesticides through transformation in six domestic production enterprises. Hunan Haili is the largest carbamate pesticide production base in the world.
Production technology of Alkylphenol
We have developed furanol, o-sec butylphenol, o-isopropyl phenol and other products, built the largest special Alkylphenol production plant in China, and won two second prizes of national scientific and technological progress and two first prizes of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress.
New pesticide creation
Thioxime ether and thiofluoxime ether, the oxime ether pyrethroid insecticides with independent intellectual property rights developed by our institute, are ideal substitutes for highly toxic pesticides, mainly used for the control of pests in vegetables, tea trees, and fruit trees. Has multiple invention patents. The research and development of thioxime ether won the "First Prize of Technological Invention of Sinopec Association" and "First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province" in 2006.
The first Sulfonylurea herbicide with independent intellectual property rights in Hunan Province created by Metsulfuron Long Institute won the "First Prize of Technological Invention of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association" and "Second Prize of Technological Invention of Hunan Province" in 2009.
