Before the drill, experts in the company's safety production science research conducted production safety accident emergency plan training for those participating in the drill, focusing on accident cases, basic emergency knowledge, and interpretation of Haili's plan.
The desktop drill was based on the hypothetical accident background of a leakage of liquid chlorine cylinders in the liquid chlorine warehouse of one of the company's production subsidiaries, and was gradually carried out from the occurrence of the accident, initiating the plan; establishing an on-site command center, and various functional departments and units to launch emergency rescue; and handling the aftermath after the rescue. deduction. Each participating leader and department will conduct on-site disposal according to the division of responsibilities and tasks undertaken at each stage. The company's accident rescue experts provided supplementary and on-site guidance on the handling of each unit in each link. The entire drill was orderly, interlocking, solid and secure, and achieved a complete success. After the meeting, the safety management department prepared an evaluation report for this exercise.
