The sweet osmanthus is fragrant, and the golden autumn brings coolness. Organized by China Pesticide Industry Association, Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry and National Pesticide Manufacturing Engineering Technology Research Center, the "2019 CCPIA Pesticide Product Group Standard Pre-examination Meeting" was successfully held in Changsha from September 9th to 11th, 2019. Leaders and experts attending the meeting included Dr. Li Zhonghua, Secretary-General of China Pesticide Industry Association, Researcher Ji Ying, Chief Agronomist, Researcher Chen Tiechun, Deputy Chief Agronomist of the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Dr. Wu Jinlong, Deputy Director of the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Dr. Liu Weidong, Chairman of Hunan Haili Group and Director of Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry, etc. More than 30 experts and representatives from Test Technology Co., Ltd. and other units attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Dr. Duan Yousheng, Assistant Secretary-General of China Pesticide Industry Association. At the opening meeting, Secretary-General Li Zhonghua and Chief Agronomist Ji Ying delivered speeches successively, emphasizing the importance of group standard formulation in the industry and international trade; Dean Liu Weidong extended a warm welcome to the leaders and experts on behalf of Haili Group and Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry, and briefly introduced the development history and current situation of the research institute. Afterwards, the experts discussed the scientificity, innovation and practical operability of the draft of 33 group standards (including 30 product standards and 3 normative standards) in terms of the formulation and verification of analysis methods, the formulation and registration of domestic and foreign standards, and project control indicators, and put forward many pertinent and constructive opinions and suggestions.
CCPIA group standards are formulated, managed and released by the Pesticide Industry Association independently. They are voluntary standards adopted by the industry. They coordinate with national standards and industry standards and support each other to quickly respond to innovation and market demand for standards. Group standards that pass the review and release will become the relevant basis for law enforcement in various regions and industries. Four group standards including 50% pyraclostrobin · difenoconazole water dispersible granules, 75% trifloxystrobin · tebuconazole water dispersible granules, flurafen propargyl technical and 30% pendimethalin suspension concentrate drafted by the product chemistry team of Additive Testing Co., Ltd. of Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry entered the pre-review content. This is the first time that the research institute participated in the formulation and review of group standards for pesticide products. While in-depth study and extensive exchanges, the status and influence of Haili Group and Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry in the pesticide industry have been greatly enhanced.

On November 10th, 2025, the Hunan Provincial Quality Conference was grandly held in Changsha. Hunan Haili High tech Industrial Group was awarded the 8th Governor's Quality Award for its outstanding quality management performance and high-quality development achievements. Xiao Zhiyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting as a representative of the award-winning enterprise and read out the "Quality Declaration".
