After the personnel on duty found a large amount of "leakage" at the bottom of the intermediate tank of sulfur monochloride during the inspection, they immediately reported to the dispatch room and the workshop director, and then the workshop launched an emergency response plan. When the alarm sounded, the emergency rescue team brought all kinds of emergency rescue equipment and quickly gathered to the designated place in a very short time to complete the assembly. Then, enter the on-site deduction link. At the rescue site, according to the questions asked by the drill commander, each rescue team carried out the on-site deduction in an orderly manner from comprehensive coordination, instruction transmission, fire protection dilution, order maintenance, traffic command, evacuation of the masses, wounded treatment, emergency repair, rescue equipment supply, environmental monitoring and alarm, etc. according to their own functions and responsibilities. With the completion of the last step of the deduction, the safety risk was eliminated, the production resumed operation, and the exercise was successfully concluded.
