In order to practice Hunan's "three highs and four new" development strategy, Haili Guixi Company is market-oriented, actively explores new ways and new methods of labor competition under the new situation, and innovatively carries out the labor competition of "fighting for the fourth quarter and exceeding production of 4,000 tons". This labor competition focuses on "high production, high quality, safety, environmental protection, and low consumption", and innovatively builds a new labor competition system to deeply integrate labor competition with safe production, process innovation, and anti-epidemic.
In this labor competition, a unified competition organization was established and a scientific and reasonable competition assessment plan was established by adopting the "three systems and five points" competition method of unified leadership, unified organization, unified plan, sub-item evaluation, sub-element assessment, sub-category competition, hierarchical implementation, and staged recognition.
The competition is divided into two parts. In addition to the traditional performance evaluation, basic evaluation items including labor discipline, safety and environmental protection, on-site management, product quality, operation records, operation of process facilities, execution ability, etc. have been newly added. Different evaluation indicators have been set according to the characteristics of the production process of each participating workshop, and a three-dimensional competition system has been established.
This labor competition covers the key elements of ensuring "stable, high and high-quality production", and provides an important guarantee for the industrial cooperation between Haili Guixi Company and the international agrochemical giant FMC, and also provides a fair competition stage for employees, which greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the participating workshops, teams, and employees, and also opens a new model of promoting technological improvement and innovation through labor competitions and promoting the cultivation and improvement of new employees.
One month after the start of the competition, significant results have been achieved. In October 2021, Haili Guixi Company overcame unfavorable factors such as the epidemic and power cuts, and achieved a month-on-month increase of 8.3% in the production of its flagship product Carbosulfan, breaking through 487.8 tons, a record high.
