Creating a world-class, specialized, and innovative demonstration enterprise is a positive practice of implementing the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises. The aim is to accelerate the construction of a group of leading enterprises that lead the global industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain. There are a total of 200 central state-owned enterprises in China, including two state-owned enterprises in Hunan.
