In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in accordance with the work deployment of the party committee of the group company, on the afternoon of March 22, the party branch of Ningxia Haili Company organized all party members to hold the 2022 annual organizational life meeting and to carry out democratic appraisal of party members. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Huang Yonghong, the secretary of the party branch of the company.
Before the meeting, the branch team attached great importance to the organizational life meeting, carefully formulated the work plan, grasped the theme of the meeting, and compared the objectives and tasks, and made various preparations from the aspects of focusing on practical and concentrated study and discussion, conducting in-depth heart-to-heart talks, extensively soliciting opinions from the masses, and in-depth search for outstanding problems.
At the meeting, the leadership team focused on the theme of "establishing a realistic and pragmatic style and promoting the high-quality development of Ningxia Haili", and adhered to the principles of being public-minded, problem-oriented, and hard-working. Lu Xianfeng, the deputy secretary of the branch, reported the preparations for the meeting and solicited opinions; Huang Yonghong, the secretary of the branch, reported on the party building work in 2022 on behalf of the team and took the lead in self-criticism. The branch conducted a democratic appraisal of party members in accordance with the requirements of relevant procedures.
After the meeting, Secretary Huang Yonghong made comments. He pointed out that the organizational life meeting has basically achieved the expected results, the preparation work is relatively sufficient, the meeting procedures are relatively standardized, and the branch team and party members' personal self-criticism and analysis are relatively accurate. In order to strengthen the effect of this organizational life meeting, three requirements are put forward at the same time: First, we must carefully summarize and analyze, and focus on rectification of problems. All party members should improve their self-criticism opinions, summarize and analyze them against the list of opinions, and then list the rectification measures and rectification time and implement them. Everyone should use the criticism opinions put forward in this organizational life meeting as the driving force for improvement and as a new starting point. The second is to strictly perform duties and fulfill the central tasks. Every party member must further temper the party spirit, and all branch committee members must take the lead in setting an example, earnestly enhance the awareness of party members and responsibility, perform their duties conscientiously, implement the company's central tasks, lock in the company's 2023 goal, and ensure that the first-time test run of the device is successful and the second-phase construction is simultaneously promoted. The third is to strengthen the spirit of dedication and strive to be a good entrepreneur. Party members are the backbone of the company's construction.
