On January 18, 2019, Haili Company's 2018 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference was grandly held in the conference room on the sixth floor of the headquarters. The conference comprehensively summarized the company's various tasks in 2018, and made arrangements for key tasks in 2019. A total of more than 160 leaders at all levels, commended personnel and some employee representatives of Haili Company participated in the conference with great joy.
At the meeting, Liu Weidong, chairman of the company, made a work report on the theme of "Reform and innovation, digging deep into the potential to achieve good results, forging ahead and expanding operations to promote development". Liu Weidong pointed out that 2018 is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also an important year for the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan". Focusing closely on the overall situation of reform and development, Haili Company strives to promote the adjustment of product structure, do a good job in the construction of key projects, dig deep into the market potential, and control business risks. With the joint efforts of all employees, the steady development of production and operation has been achieved, and the goals and tasks for 2018 have been completed.
Liu Weidong objectively analyzed the current economic situation and the main problems faced by the company, put forward the work goals for 2019 and made key arrangements and deployments. Liu Weidong emphasized that in the new year, we must adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress while maintaining stability, adhere to the new development concept, adhere to high-quality development, focus on deepening reform, optimize product structure, optimize industrial layout, innovate systems and mechanisms, do a solid job in 2019, and present a gift to the 70th anniversary of the founding of China with outstanding achievements.
The conference commended and rewarded advanced collectives, model workers, five-good employees and outstanding projects of the group company. A total of more than 200 advanced individuals and collectives received awards, and some award-winning representatives came to the stage to accept the awards.
After the conclusion and commendation conference, a cultural performance filled with festive atmosphere kicked off. Songs, dances, zithers, poetry recitations, three and a half sentences... The self-compiled and self-performed performances, full of affectionate and moving words, showed the versatile skills of Haili people, and also showed Haili people.
