The mid-term inspection meeting of the subject of the national key research and development plan "High Efficiency Pesticides and Intermediates Green Preparation Technology" project was held in Changsha on May 16-17, 2019, with about 30 experts and representatives participating.
The meeting was presided over by Liu Weidong, the project leader of Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The four project undertaking units are responsible for their respective "continuous bromination oxidation technology and the industrialization development of chlorfenapyr" (Haili Company-Du Shenghua), "the key technology of arylmethyl air oxidation and the green production industrialization of mesotrione and quinclorac" (Nanjing University of Technology-Song Guangliang), "asymmetric catalytic oxidation and green preparation technology of (S)-hydroxyindanone acid methyl ester" (Zhejiang University of Technology-Xu Danqian), "research on the clean production technology of 2,6-difluorobenzamide based on ammonia oxidation" (Tahoe Company- Pang Huailin) and other subjects reported on the mid-term progress. After questioning by experts and heated discussions among the participants, the meeting fully affirmed the previous work and achievements of the research groups, believed that the annual indicators of the projects and topics had met the requirements stipulated in the mission statement, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the implementation of the next stage of the projects and topics. The person in charge of the project said that the next step is to strengthen information exchange and collaboration with various cooperative units, and strengthen the standardized management, inspection and supervision of the project.
