On June 21, Zou Xuexue, academician of the CAE Member, chief scientist of the national characteristic vegetable industry system, president of Hunan Agricultural University, Yu Yinghong, president of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Ma Yanqing, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hunan Province, and Li Xuefeng, director of the Hunan Vegetable Research Institute, led a delegation to the Xingvegetable seed industry demonstration base for investigation and guidance. Chairman Xiao Zhiyong of the joint-stock company accompanied the inspection, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on technological innovation and industrial development in the vegetable seed industry.
Zou Xiaoxue and his team went deep into the fields of Xingcai Seed Industry Base, carefully examining the growth trends of new vegetable varieties such as chili, eggplant, cucumber, etc., and gaining a detailed understanding of Xingcai Seed Industry's achievements and practices in variety selection, cultivation techniques, promotion and application. The research team of Hunan Vegetable Research Institute gave a detailed report on high-quality achievements such as Bola Tianjiao 1, Crispy Sweet 16, and Hongxiu 3.
