On May 14th, the National Model Worker He Xiongbin Symposium and the Launch Ceremony of He Xiongbin Model Worker Innovation Studio were held in the conference room on the second floor of Haili Guixi Company. Wu Haibo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guixi Company, attended the event and delivered a speech.
At the symposium, He Xiongbin passionately recounted his journey from an ordinary worker to a national model worker, based on his more than 30 years of hard work experience rooted in the front line of production. Faced with numerous challenges in his work, he always takes innovation as the boat and persistence as the oar, interpreting the spirit of model workers with practical actions. At the same time, he also motivated the employees present to stay grounded in their positions, dare to break through, and realize their self-worth through innovative practices.
After listening to He Xiongbin's sharing report, both the company's young middle-level management backbone Ye Xiaohua and young employee representative Liu Hao were deeply encouraged and inspired. Wu Haibo warmly congratulated He Xiongbin on the launch of the Model Worker Innovation Studio. It is also a powerful tool for promoting the company's technological innovation, management innovation, and service innovation. He put forward three hopes for the studio.
